Shipping policy

Q: When will my order ship?

We ship products Monday - Friday. Most orders will ship the same day. Some orders will ship the next day, especially ones that come in after about 1 p.m. Central time.

 

Q: Do you ship on holidays or weekends?

The shipping warehouse will be closed December 23-26 for Christmas, so employees can enjoy time with their families. Processing and shipping will resume on December 29, 2025. We are closed on weekends.

 

Q: How do you figure your shipping rates?

Most orders are shipped out via USPS or UPS.  Rates are automatically calculated for you at checkout, using UPS or USPS standard rates.  Items with free shipping will ship UPS Ground or USPS Ground Select, depending on the weight.  Books ship via USPS Media Mail. 

 

Q: When can I expect my package?

The shipping warehouse is located in Tulsa, OK which is in the central part of the United States. Shipments to states that are adjacent to Oklahoma should take only a day or two to arrive after they ship. Shipments going to states further away like California, Wyoming, New York, etc. may take 4-5 days to arrive. If you purchased guaranteed postage like Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air, please contact the carrier with delivery issues.

Q: What if my products are out of stock?

 We do our best to keep all of our products in stock all the time. 

Occasionally, due to manufacturing delays beyond our control, we may run out of stock on an item. 

If you order an item that's out of stock, we will email you and let you know when you can expect your items to ship. 

If we can't get products back in stock within a reasonable amount of time, we will notify you and refund your order.  

If an item is back-ordered, and you don't want to wait for it, that's okay, too.  Let us know and we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund.  

 

NOTE:  If you are concerned that your shipment may have been lost in the mail, please contact your local post office or UPS office for assistance.  If they are unable to locate your package, contact us for a replacement.
