Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Most orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on holidays usually ship the next business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order out as quickly as we can.

Shipping Methods

We ship most orders using USPS or UPS.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your order, destination, and the available shipping options.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent using the most economical shipping method available.

Books may be shipped separately using USPS Media Mail when appropriate.

Delivery Times

Our shipping warehouse is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

After your order ships, delivery time depends on where you live and the shipping service you selected.

Typical transit times are:

  • Nearby states: approximately 1 to 2 business days
  • Most U.S. destinations: approximately 2 to 5 business days

Expedited shipping options are available during checkout for customers who need their order sooner.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed once a package has been accepted by USPS or UPS.

Holidays and Weekends

Our warehouse does not ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

Orders placed during those times will be processed on the next business day.

If we expect an extended holiday closure, we'll post that information on our website.

Out of Stock Items

We do our best to keep every product in stock.

If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you by email with an estimated shipping date.

If the delay is longer than expected, you'll have the option to:

  • Wait for the item to become available
  • Cancel the affected item for a full refund
  • Cancel your entire order for a full refund before it ships

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.

If your tracking shows a delay, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS first since they have the most current information about your shipment.

If your package appears to be lost or the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us. We'll work with you to make it right.
