Ordering
How do I know my order was received?
You'll receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. If you don't see it within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll let you know what options are available.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Most orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on holidays usually ship the next business day.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship most orders using USPS or UPS. Available shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 2 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on their location and the shipping method selected.

Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly made in the USA.
Do your products contain MSG?
No. None of our products contain added MSG.
Are your products gluten free?
No gluten ingredients are used in any of our products.
However, our products are produced in facilities that are not certified gluten free, so we cannot label or guarantee them as gluten free.
If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before consuming products that are not certified gluten free.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products contain the following declared allergens:
- Original Rub: No declared major allergens
- Texas Style Rub: No declared major allergens
- Original Barbecue Sauce: Contains fish (anchovies)
- Golden Driller Barbecue Sauce: Contains mustard
If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient label before consuming any product.
How should I store your seasonings?
Store seasonings in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and moisture for the best flavor and freshness.
How long do your seasonings stay fresh?
For the best flavor, we recommend using our seasonings by the "Best By" date printed on the container.
Should I refrigerate your barbecue sauces?
Yes. Refrigerate after opening and use by the "Best By" date for the best quality and flavor.
Returns & Satisfaction
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly replace the damaged item or issue a refund.
