In Texas they do things differently and it usually does not include sugary barbecue.
Savory, peppery and perfect on briskets, burgers, steaks, vegetables and anywhere else you want to add some flavor. Just enough salt to bring out the natural flavor of the meat without it being too much.

Packaging needs improvement
The inner paper seal was off and stuck in the cap. Not sure what happened. I will still use it
I used the salt brine and Jeff's rub on a 3 brisket overloaded pellet grill, and the flavor exceeded all expectations. I will be using his rub from now on

Tasty with low salt
I enjoy this product because it gives me great flavor without a great deal of salt.
We have used it for a couple years. We use it as a regular seasoning on just about everything, we like that's its low in salt.
